Richard is an experienced transport planning and traffic engineering consultant with more than 20 years’ experience across the public and private sectors. His expertise spans transport impact assessment, road network planning, traffic engineering, road design and construction, traffic management planning, road safety engineering and crash investigation.

Having worked on projects ranging from detailed site-specific assessments through to major structure plans, activity centres, education precincts and strategic transport studies, Richard brings a practical understanding of how transport outcomes need to respond to planning, design, operational and commercial considerations. He is experienced in assessing complex access and movement issues, identifying proportionate infrastructure responses and working collaboratively with clients, local governments and State agencies to develop clear, deliverable solutions.
